This is a retreat LIKE NO OTHER. It is designed for holistically minded women, who truly want to flourish physically, emotionally and spiritually. This retreat is a perfect combination of inner work and having fun. Meredith believes that it is having fun and sharing in each others’ greatness that heals us the most. This is why there will be time spent together partying at the beach, exploring shops & restaurants and taking in wonderful sights. But wait until you receive the hours of incredible, down-to-earth teachings! Every woman will leave with new, groundbreaking perspective on themselves, their loved ones and their lives. You will leave feeling far more inspired, energized & positive than when you arrived!

What You Will Receive

– 8 hours of impactful, life-changing seminars, life coaching, exercises and meditations

– Camaraderie with a group of fabulous women from age 30 to 55 (approximately)

(From as early as 12 pm Friday to as late as 6 pm Sunday)

– 2 nights of absolutely beautiful accommodations in a historical B & B, steps to the water

– 2 delicious home-cooked breakfasts (you will have choices!)

– Fun at the beach during the day and sunset viewing at night (Lake Huron’s sunsets are stunning)

Friday June 24th

3 pm – Check-in to your B & B (Two options available – Chantry Breezes Bed & Breakfast www.chantrybreezes.com and The Southampton Inn www.southamptoninn.ca (which will be renovated inside just in time for our stay). They are directly across the street from one another and steps from Lake Huron!

5 pm – “Welcome Address – The Beginning of Your Transformational Thought Process” [Chantry Breezes] 6 pm – Dinner at Meredith’s favourite restaurant in town, The Walker House www.thewalkerhouse.ca

7:30 pm – Beach Walk

8 pm – Experience the Sunset at Southampton Beach (some of the most picturesque sunsets in Ontario)

Saturday June 25th

8 – 9:30 am – Breakfast in the Dining Room of your B & B (included in your package)

10 am – “Remove Your Emotional Blocks and See Yourself in a Whole New Way” – Learn how to process your past in a healthy way and identify & clear your incorrect beliefs. See your inner greatness through a comprehensive group meditation [The Southampton Inn] 12 pm – Healthy lunch in the beautiful Elk & Finch Coffee Pub and Bistro- www.elkandfinch.com

2 pm – Beach party or shopping party (depending on the weather)!

4 pm – “Group Life Coaching” – A group session to help you overcome your individual physical, emotional or spiritual challenges. Bring your questions. Volunteering to speak is optional. [Chantry Breezes]

6:15 pm – Drive along the famous waterfront Miramichi Road and arrive at The Wismer House for dinner www.thewismerhouse.ca, a picturesque 2-storey restaurant in Port Elgin

8 pm – Experience the Sunset at the Harbour in Port Elgin (and maybe catch a water show as the water hits the pier)

Sunday June 26th

8 – 9:30 am – Breakfast in the Dining Room of your B & B (included in your package)

10 am – “Fortify Your Relationship with Yourself and Others” – Learn ways to strengthen your relationships, stop being triggered and lovingly set boundaries. See your relationship with yourself and others with new perspective through a group meditation [The Southampton Inn] 12 pm – Lunch at The Walker House www.thewalkerhouse.ca established in 1915

1:45 pm – “Cultivate Abundance in a Few Easy Steps” – How to shift your mindset to abundance now that your main emotional blocks have been cleared, see your limitless possibilities and manifest the future you want! [Chantry Breezes]

3 pm – Beach party or shopping party (depending on the weather!)

Costs and Signup Details

The cost of the retreat with double occupancy is $800 plus tax. If you want double occupancy but prefer not to share a bed and are willing to bring an air mattress to sleep on, your cost becomes $700 plus tax.

The cost of the retreat with sole occupancy is $1,100 plus tax.

Registration needs to be completed with Meredith by April 14th in order to secure the rooms with the B & B’s. To sign up, email Meredith at mdeasley@rogers.com with the subject line “I AM SO IN!” and in the body of your email, state the following:

1. Whether you prefer sole occupancy or shared accommodations

2. The name of the person you will be rooming with or you can ask to be paired with another participant

3. Your phone number

4. Your preferred times to receive a callback

* Remember registration needs to be completed with Meredith by April 14th in order to secure the rooms with the B & B’s.

Even though all rooms are similar in price, some rooms are more beautiful than others. In order to keep things fair, the sooner you signup, the more likely you will get your room preference. You will get a callback in the order that the emails are received.

In the callback, you will be asked to:

1. Choose a room type. There are 13 gorgeous rooms with:

* One double/queen bed and a washroom (with space for an inflatable mattress)

* Two single beds and a washroom

*A wall separating two rooms with a bed in one and a couch/space for an inflatable mattress in the other and a washroom

4 rooms have been reserved for sole occupancy and 9 rooms have been reserved for double occupancy.

2. Provide your method of payment, which can be e-transfer or credit card and the name(s) of each attendee you are registering. Full payment is required at the time of registration, just to keep things simple or if you require a different arrangement, please discuss with Meredith. If you need to cancel within two weeks of the retreat, please contact Meredith, as soon as possible, and she will provide you with a credit towards her next retreat.

3. State whether you wish to eat with the group, at any or all four of the restaurants listed in the itinerary, so that reservations can be made. You can see by looking at their websites, that it is possible to spend $100 total on restaurant food. You are welcome to eat food you bring from home at your B & B; you will have a fridge. Please list any food allergies or sensitivities that you have, so that your breakfast will be to your liking.

4. Indicate whether you would like to book a spa service at The Beach Motel (across the street). You will be given contact information.

Suggested Items to Pack

· Your journal and/or notepad and a pen

· Your bathing suit, cover-up, beach towel, sunscreen, beach chair, and drink of choice, including a cup

· Dressy casual clothing and your pjs

· Your camera!

· Snacks or meals (optional)

· Your fun-loving, adventurous spirit!

Your Host

Meredith Deasley BA, RHN, RNCP, ACC has connected individuals and families to health and happiness through her business, The Resourceful Mother, for almost twenty years. After holding managerial positions in the corporate world for a decade, she gave birth to her two daughters, who propelled her into becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Accredited Life Coach and Spiritual Vitality expert. She taught various subjects at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) for ten years and received The Lifetime Achievement Award in Nutrition across Canada. She wrote and published three books that help people physically, emotionally and spiritually. She has been a speaker at conferences & ceremonies and been featured in magazines, shows & podcasts. Her blog is read in 181 countries and 7,447 cities around the world. What makes Meredith most proud is the number of individuals she has helped overcome physical challenges, come off drugs and alcohol, recover from PTSD, and regain the will to live & thrive.
